N281 BILLION BUDGET PADDING: BUHARI WON’T PLAY “BALL”

Amidst the raging controversy surrounding the N281 billion alleged budget padding by Honorable Speaker, House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and four other principal officers, President Mohammadu Buhari has declined to save the officers from prosecution.
A special probe panel raised by the Inspector General of Police, Alhaji Idris Kpotum Ibrahim, is about to swing into action. Dogara last weekend had sought the intervention of Buhari, but presidency sources confirmed to The Expose News that Buhari refused to “play ball.”
“This is not about Dogara”, said an aide to Mr. President. “Buhari will not stop the investigation of anyone caught stealing” the aide disclosed.
