Reports
reaching our news desk last night suggests that Comrade Adams Oshiomole the
National Chairman of All Progressive Party (APC) may have been suspended from
the Party.
According
to a statement issued by the State Chapter Chairman, Anselm Ojezua, Comrade
Oshiomole was allegedly suspended for causing too much problems in the
State. “We don’t want to be treated like
Zamfara in the next elections; so with pains we have no choice but to suspend
Oshiomole”, stated Mr. Ojezua.
One
Mr. Lawrence Okah, caught in the cross fire was also removed from office. The reason for his removal as APC
Secretary-General was based on “anti-party activities”.
Following
this development, APC Chairmen in the 18 Local Government area of the State
reaffirmed their support for Obaseki’s Second term bid.
