BREAKING NEWS: APC DISQUALIFIES ALHAJI IBRAHIM MERA AND OTHERS

Image result for nigeria customsThe All Progressive Congress Party of Nigeria has disqualified Alhaji Ibrahim Mera and others from contesting the just concluded Guber primaries in relation to several petitions written against him by the Transparency Center Network of Nigeria. The petitions detailing alleged fraud  linked to Alhaji Ibrahim Mera has almost put paid to his guber ambitions. Facts gathered from some of the anti-graft agencies suggest a staggering amount of nearly 23 billion may have been stolen or embezzled by the former Ag of Customs who is feared to have used his position to amass the illegal wealth which is almost tearing his political ambition to shreds. One of the petition cited alleged that the corruption was perpetrated between the years 2011 and 2014 when he was in charge of the Custom Area command. To add to his woes, the members of the Transparency Network has vowed to pursue this case to its logical conclusion and thus frustrate Alhaji Mera. More facts will be be put together and brought to public knowledge. The APC is not leaving any stone unturned to to frustrate corrupt persons from contesting.

PROF. ADEPOJU ADESHOLA OLATUNDE

RAPE SAGA: FATOYINBO IN THE CLEAR?

Two months after Busola Dakolo’s rape claim against Mr. Biodun Fatoyinbo, Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Church (COZA) cracks have begun to appear.   When the accusation first broke out in June, the backlash against the stylish COZA lead Pastor was so intense that it snowballed into frenzied demonstration by aggrieved Church members who subsequently barricaded the entrance to both Lagos and Abuja Church premises.   It did not take long for him to succumb to one of their demands to step down from the pulpit.
